The Investigative Journalism Manual in an online publication by the KAS Media Programme Asia and provides journalists insights about various techniques for investigative journalism, starting with the main question: How to become an investigative journalist. The manual serves as a handbook for journalists and explains what is needed to find a reliable source, how to conduct research and protect data. The Investigative Journalism Manual is currently available in 14 languages, including Bengali and Sinhala. In addition to 8 chapters, the Investigative Journalism Manual also provides country-specific case studies.
