Members of the Baader Youth Network visited Berlin

Following an invitation from the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, selected members of the Baader Youth Network went on a political study trip to Berlin. The purpose of the trip was to give the students insights into the political and economic system of the Federal Republic of Germany. By this, the students shall be encouraged to question the political system back home and strengthen the democratic structures there.

The first Legal Encounter in Tulkarem district took place 08/19/09. Organized by the Institute of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University, the Palestinian Bar Association and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Ramallah, Mr. Felix Dane, new head of KAS Ramallah, opened the lecture in a crowded room with a mixed audience consisting of PA representatives, lawyers, Justice Sector officials and private sector representatives.
