A Research study commissioned by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation to Mr. Wolfgang Wichmann, a graduating student of University of Augsburg in Germany. The study was presented to the media, survey companies and to the expert last August 19, 2004 at the Mandarin Hotel, Makati City. Comments and inputs from the participants were taken into consideration in the finalization of the study.
