This 2-day seminar, to be held at the AIM Conference Center Manila, features discussions on: intergovernmental relations (IGR) in the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL); issues and challenges on IGR; civil society's role in IGR; ways forward for civil society's engagement in the transition; public financial management in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM); financial accountability and absorptive capacity of BARMM; the role of civil society in public financial management; civil society monitoring of BARMM public funds; shaping the electoral system in the Bangsamoro; dynamics between national and local electoral offices; strategic positioning of civil society in advocating electoral reforms in the Bangsamoro; and ways forward for civil society’s engagement in electoral reforms. Participants from both government and civil society are expected to attend.
