During the third training of the two-year KAS MENA Leadership Academy II, 20 young civil society activists from the Southern Mediterranean region took part in leadership, negotiation and lobbying exercises to develop their skills for successful NGO work.

At the end of the four-day academy in Istanbul, facilitated by experienced trainers from the Berlin-based planpolitik, the participants also elaborated on their group project proposals in the areas of "digitalization and participation," "urban youth and local development" as well as "culture and arts for change."

The next and last training of the MENA LA II will take place this fall in Berlin, Germany. ​​​​​​​
