The newly established KAS regional project "Energy Security and Climate Change in Asia-Pacific" will be officially inaugurated on 31 August 2015 in Hong Kong.

The opening ceremony will be attended by Frank Priess, deputy head of the Department European and International Cooperation of KAS. Representatives of project partner organisations and institutions will participate. The director of the new project, Dr. Peter Hefele, will give an introduction about the planned activities. Afterwards, guests have the opportunity to extend their networks and discuss the project's future.
