Details
Panellists are eminent legal professionals (judges, prosecutors) and academics from Serbia and Germany who will discuss the proposed reform of the Serbian Judiciary before an audience of legal professionals and academics.
The main focus of the discussion will be on the question if the proposed reform did achieve a fair balance between accountability and independence of the judiciary.
