An Expert Discussion in the Light of the Draft Amendments to the Serbian Constitution regarding the Judiciary

The Panel Discussion is organized at Kopaonik (Serbia) on the 15.12.2018 in partnership with the Kopaonik School of Natural Law in the light of the proposed Draft Amendments to the Serbian Constitution regarding the reform of the judiciary.

Details

Panellists are eminent legal professionals (judges, prosecutors) and academics from Serbia and Germany who will discuss the proposed reform of the Serbian Judiciary before an audience of legal professionals and academics.

The main focus of the discussion will be on the question if the proposed reform did achieve a fair balance between accountability and independence of the judiciary.
