JustLead! Forum - Rule of Law Programme Southeast Europe
Forum
Details
The three days conference and themed workshops gather, in Costești, Republic of Moldova, alumni of leadership programs from both countries: Romania represented by the Leaders for Justice community (2010-2018, a total of nine generations) and the Republic of Moldova by the first and second generations of participants in the LEAD (2017 and 2018) program. Around 60 young professionals take part with the aim for them to tackle highly relevant topics for the functioning of key institutions, in an exercise to find solutions by exchanging best and worst practices within the profession.
The forum is organized in partnership with the two NGOs founded by the alumni of the two leadership programs: LiderJust Association from Romania and Centrul de Leadership pentru Justiție from the Republic of Moldova.
The main outcome of the JustLead1 Forum is to set up the basis for a Moldovan-Romanian community of young, highly motivated professionals with similar goals, values and principles, focused on a mutual exchange of practices and support. During the 3 days of the conference and workshops, participants from both countries will gain a better understanding of European, Romanian and Moldovan law and the problems existing in the two justice systems in which they operate.
Main modules covered in the JustLead! Forum are:
