With Nepal as the host country for this event, there was a special interest in this topic as Nepal recently adopted a new Federal Constitution, but challenges remain as to the definition of the boundaries of proposed states. A diverse group of participants, including Members of Parliament, lawyers and serving bureaucrats were invited to attend this Seminar to discuss these challenges and share their perspectives with renowned experts from the four South Asian countries of Bangladesh, Bhutan, India and Nepal.
