The event was organized by the KAS Rule of Law Programme Asia in cooperation with the Institute of State and Law, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
Experts from Germany, Singapore, Vietnam and other ASEAN countries were invited. They discussed about general issues on an administrative reform in EU and ASEAN countries and about the reform of administrative segments in EU and ASEAN countries and their implication.
