The workshop will explore the topics of Constitutional Adjudication in Nepal and the Development of the Prosecution System at the provincial level. As part of the Workshop Programme, on 13 September 2019, there will be an interactive session organized between the experts and the law students of the Kathmandu University, School of Law. Experts participating in this event will include senior members of the Bench and Bar from Malaysia and South Korea.
