Convenio de cooperación con el Relator especial UN para Integridad e independencia Judicial - Programa Estado de Derecho América Latina

Por un periodo de un año, se está planeando fortalecer la cooperación con actividades individuales de los Programas Estado de Derecho de la KAS junto con el relator especial. El Memorando fue firmado para trabajar sobre el eje: "Independencia Judicial" como principal tema para 2018.
La conferencia regional final, y las actividades individuales beneficiarán el trabajo, conocimiento y la experiencia del relator especial, Diego García-Sayán.
El programa Estado Derecho para Latinoamérica de la KAS organizó un evento en Sao Paulo con el relator, como invitado especial en Brasil para que pudiera hablar sobre el tema seleccionado. El WorkShop internacional fue exitoso y contó con la participación de reconocidos expertos nacionales e internacionales.

On April 19, 2018, Diego Garcia-Sayan, United Nations Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer foundation (KAS).
For a period of one year, it is planned to strengthen the cooperation within individual activities of the regional KAS Rule of Law Programmes. The memorandum was signed as the Rule of Law Programmes have chosen "Judicial Independence" as their main topic in 2018.
The regional conferences and the final global conference will benefit from Diego Garcia-Sayan's expert knowledge.
The Rule of Law Programme in Latin-america of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation organized an event in Sao Paulo and Diego Garcia-Sayan, as Special Rapporteur at the United Nations, was invited to speak as an expert at this event in Brazil on judicial independence.
