In cooperation with the "Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, Économiques et Sociales", the "Association pour la Recherche sur la Transition Démocratique" and the "International Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Law" of the Laurentian University (Sudbury, Canada), the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung organized a conference on the topic "Une Cour constitutionnelle internationale au service du droit démocratique et du droit constitutionnel", held at the Faculty of Law Rabat-Agdal of the University Mohammed V in Rabat, Morocco, on 16 and 17 June 2015.

The results of this conference have now been published in an anthology. The publishers are Asma Ghachem (Université de Carthage, Tunis, Tunisia) and Henri Pallard (Laurentian University, Sudbury, Canada).

Experts from several countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Tunisia, Lebanon, Algeria, Morocco, Cameroon, Germany, France, Finland and Portugal, explored the challenges of creating an International Constitutional Court. The establishment of such an institution aims at providing an opportunity for individuals or groups of individuals to challenge, at the international level, the unlawful conduct of a State with respect to its constitutional obligations.
