Details

In cooperation with the Lebanese Judicial Superior Council, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is organizing a 2-day seminar on the subject of court administration and its role in the Lebanese judiciary system. The aim is to prepare a proposal in favor of the administrative and financial autonomy of the Lebanese courts. On the financial level, the courts need to be able to rely on a specific budgetary line in order to reduce their dependence on the Ministry of Justice. Finally, the Lebanese courts must reach an advanced level of performance to confirm their role as an independent entity responsible for its own management, which can be achieved through the efficient use of “case management software”.
