The country project of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. (KAS) in South Africa offers internship vacancies to South African students and research assistant positions for international students who are in the second term of their bachelor studies or master's degree. The general period of an internship in the KAS head offices in Cape Town is 6 to 12 weeks. The applicant should have excellent English skills in analytical writing and communication.

 

Successful applicants will assist in planning, organising and administration activities on political education and will conduct their own research on specific academic topics.

 

Interns have to pay all costs for travel, accommodation and living themselves. The KAS offers help in providing information during the preparation for the intern’s stay in South Africa.

 

Due to high demand on our vacancies, we recommend sending us your application documents via e-mail at least six months in advance of your intended stay.
