The seminar is for prospective authors of the Constitutional Court Review Journal (CCR). The CCR Journal reviews Constitutional Court decisions of the previous year and stimulates academic engagement.

The journal has attracted major international as well as local academics. Last year, CCR journal was recognised as a quality accredited journal by the Department of Higher Education and Training of South Africa. The seminar is hosted in cooperation with the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights and International Law (SAIFAC).
