Delegates and speakers of the event

The delegates consist of many representatives of municipalities.

A delegate contributes her opinion to the discussion.

The event facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experiences between experts and municipal officers.

This roundtable discussionis jointly organized by the North-West University and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. The aim of the discussion is to identify critical challenges for the internal design and administrative design of medium-sized local municipalities.

The discussion take into account three main questions:

• The "relevance" of a proper structure for the municipality – questions of who and why
• The "features" of a properly structured municipalities – questions of what
• The accountability and liability of municipal structures – questions of when
