Details

Thailand has assumed the ASEAN Chairmanship in July 2008. Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), in collaboration with the Centre for European Studies at Chulalongkorn University (CES), would like to take this opportunity to contribute to strengthening of the ASEAN-EU relations. This seminar aims at addressing various issues regarding relations between ASEAN and the EU: the ASEAN Charter and the European Constitution, cooperation in the field of security and impacts of globalization on ASEAN and the EU. From this seminar, the KAS and the CES also hope to make a contribution towards finding solutions to common challenges between ASEAN and the EU.
