The 2007 Constitution, Chapter 14 (Paragraph 281 - 289), indicates some major changes regarding local administration. Currently, respective laws are being drafted. The aim of the seminar is to compare the provisions of the 2007 Constitution with the Constitution of 1997. Furthermore, it shall help decision-makers in the field of local administration to put forward suggestions regarding the draft laws.
