After having succesfully undertaken the assessment fieldwork in the districts and professionally analysed the collected data, KAS and UMDF in cooperation with the local assessment teams will present the reports on the "State of Political Pluralism and Democracy in the Districts". The public dialogue will bring together assessors, trained councillors, journalists and CSO representatives, as well as major stakeholders from the districts of Gulu and Arua. The dialogue aims at discussing the results of the assessment: What are the major observations? How did the districts of Gulu and Arua score in the assessment index? What are the challenges and shortcomings as well as best practices? What are the lessons learnt and the recommendations for the future?
