On 21. June 2019, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) in cooperation with KAS organises the twelfth conference of the China Talk series. This time, Prof. Shin Kawashima of the University of Tokyo will give his views on interpreting Chinese perceptions of international norms in a modern context.
