Who can participate in the competition?
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan studying full-time at Kazakhstani universities — either in bachelor's or master's programs — are eligible to become scholarship recipients. At the time of application, the candidate must be no older than 30 years.
Priority is given to students who are actively involved in the socio-political life of the country, have a broad outlook, strong motivation, and an active life stance. Knowledge of a foreign language is welcome but not mandatory.
Selection Process
The selection consists of two stages:
- Submission of a complete application package
- Interview (for candidates who pass the first stage) with representatives of the Foundation either offline or online

Scholarship amount and payment period
80,000 KZT per month for 6 months (from May to October)
Required Documents
Documents must be submitted in English or German and include:
• Completed application form with a recent photo (download the form)
• CV
• Motivation letter (max. 2 pages)
• Transcript of records (translation not required)
• Enrollment certificate (translation not required)
• Bachelor’s diploma with transcript (for master’s students; translation not required)

Applications will be reviewed from April 1 to May 1, 2026
