Thomas Helm presented a project to advance the dual education and skills of digitisation in rural areas. The group of ethnic Germans in Kazakhstan is to be addressed as well. The co-chairs of the Commission are Dr Bernd Fabritius from Germany and Roman Vassilenko,, Kazakhstan's Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs.
