In the framework of the seminar were discussed the questions of structure and work of the German parliament, of mandate service, of organizational, financial and legal support of the deputies, as well as the activities of the scientific service. Head of the Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) in Kazakhstan Thomas Helm presented the topic “Structural party formation and fundraising”.

As an expert in the field of media and communication Dr. Heinen presented the topic “Fact checking and verification of information” at the seminar for journalists in Karaganda. The seminar was organized by KAS-Office in Kazakhstan in partnership with international center of journalism “MediaNet”.
