She is the creator of entrepreneurial training programs for youth (K12) and adults as well as an advisor & speaker on youth entrepreneurship. As founder and CEO of Rock it Biz, Martina has trained with her initiative close to 3.000 kids and young adults across Germany to become the next generation of entrepreneurs. With more than 20 years of international experience Martina uniquely combines a diverse background in engineering and business as well as an appreciation for both developed and emerging countries, all of which have afforded her with the opportunity to be active across industries and four continents. Martina advised Latin American investors & ministries of economy and tourism on economic development projects, working with the state-owned company FONATUR as well as on the initiative to bring back Formula One to Mexico. Before Martina as a project executive for a marketing agency in the San Francisco Bay Area serving technology companies such as Apple, Acer & Sony. Martina served various non-profit boards and is a TedEx speaker.
