Das 12. Fünfjahresprogramm der Volksrepublik China 2011–2015

Fünfjahresprogramme gehören zu den wichtigsten Planungsinstrumenten in der Volksrepublik China, und sind politische Schlüsseldokumente für die Entwicklungsziele der bevölkerungsreichsten Nation der Welt. Für die Jahre 2011 bis 2015 hat der 11. Nationale Volkskongress in seiner Sitzung im März 2011 das 12. Fünfjahresprogramm seit Gründung der Volksrepublik verabschiedet. Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Planungs- und Abstimmungsprozesse vor der Beschlussfassung, und analysiert und bewertet die wichtigsten Elemente des neuen Programms.
