This publication details the status of the implementation of the Paris Agreement after 7 years of its adoption. It focuses on the efforts of MENA countries in this regard and provides an overview of the level of involvement of these countries in the various climate processes that have followed the adoption of the agreement.

Policy paper: Towards a productive and environmentally friendly economic model.

This paper aims to highlight the shortcomings of government initiatives to promote green investment in Morocco, and the importance of promoting these initiatives and better articulating them as part of an overall national strategy to promote the green economy, foster sustainable production and consumption patterns, and redistribute public and private investment. Furthermore, green investment in Morocco is an opportunity and a source of economic diversification, as Morocco's investment in its enormous environmental potential will allow it to restructure the economy, push industry towards strategic specialisations and diversify the national product, thus increasing the added value of green sectors and their development.

“STATE OF THE ART” report for wash thematic priority within UFM water agenda.

The main objectives of the SoA report are to provide a brief overview of the current state of WASH services in the UfM region, it also identifies strengths and weaknesses, priority areas for the WASH sector in the MENA region highlighted for information and knowledge sharing (i.e., technology, governance and economic aspects, best practices, and case studies). In addition, this report provides an assessment of the conditions and aspects of sanitation in the UfM region. With the development of a policy chapter highlighting the different approaches to WASH policy, regulation and implementation. In addition, an overview of innovative solutions worldwide in the WASH sector and those that can be applied in the region to support the UfM WASH Task Force linking the findings of the report with the objectives of the UfM Financial Strategy in the Mediterranean region.
