Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Turkey organized the training program within the scope of the "Politics and Civil Society in 81 Provinces Project" in Erzurum between the dates 18-22 May 2022 in cooperation with the International Youth Solidarity Association (IYSA). Participants from different cities and institutions had trained on political and civic leadership, the role of civil society in democratic systems, management models, participation, decision-making mechanisms in democratic systems, policy making processes, lobbying and advocacy with interactive methods and practical group work. The training program had ended efficiently with the presentations of the participants.
