Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Türkiye (KAS) together with the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Türkiye) organized the “Bosphorus Forum” for the sixt time with the participation of almost 200 high-ranking politicians, academics and business leaders in Istanbul. This year’s theme was “Changing Energy Policies: Cooperation Opportunities for Türkiye and Germany “.

 

Mr. Walter Glos, Director of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Türkiye stressed in his speech that every year at the Bosphorus Forum, current topics are discussed and this year Russia’s war against Ukraine, energy market prices, and how to safeguard from energy dependency are the main questions.

 

For the first time, a “Turkish-German Startup Arena” was organized within the framework of the forum, where young entrepreneurs from the energy sector pitched their projects.
