Die Teilnehmer aus Belarus machten sich mit der Funktionierung des zivilgesellschaftlichen Sektors in Litauen vertraut, u.a. mit besonders bedeutenden Widerstandsbewegungen in der Sowjetzeit und mit den wichtigsten Transformationsetappen dieses Sektors nach dem Zerfall der Sowjetunion und erweiterten dadurch ihre Erfahrungen bei der Einbeziehung der Menschen in die zivilgesellschaftlichen Aktivitäten, in die Jugendpolitik und in die Politik insgesamt.
