Wissenschaft und Politik sind sich einig, dass eine Erwärmung der Erde um mehr als 2 Grad Celsius über dem vorindustriellen Niveau verhindert werden muss, um irreversible Schäden an Mensch und Natur vorzubeugen. Der Frage der Berechnung eines CO2-Budgets im Hinblick auf weltweite Gerechtigkeit geht das diesjährige CASS-Forum, gemeinschaftlich organisiert von der Chinesischen Akademie für Sozialwissenschaften, der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung und Misereor, nach.
