Cette année, le Bureau de la KAS en RDC offre aussi des bourses-sur-place d’études ou de formation continue aux Congolais en République du Congo qui font preuve des prestations excellentes dans la vie académique et qui s’engagent dans la vie sociale et politique correspondant aux valeurs de la Démocratie, de la Liberté, des Droits de l’Homme, de l’Etat de Droit et de l’Economie Sociale de Marché. En République du Congo, le programme ne soutient que les candidats qui ont fini leur Licence et entre en Master ou y se trouvent déjà ou au début de leur carrière professionnelle. Il ne soutient pas des études de Licence, doctorat ou à l’étranger. De manière générale, il n'appuie que les Congolais qui poursuivent leurs études en République du Congo (sur place). A l'exception du différent système de notation correspondant au système LMD, les critères pour les candidats en République du Congo sont les mêmes. A côté des prestations académiques, les candidats doivent s’engager dans la vie sociale ou politique. La moyenne minimale pour les candidats en République du Congo est 14/20 en Licence (ca veut dire, dans toutes les années de la Licence, pas seulement dans la dernière année de la Licence!). Quelles sont les pièces constitutives de votre candidature ?
Nous ne considérerons que des candidatures complètes avec les pièces suivantes :
- CV (max 2 pages) avec une photo d’identité
- Lettre de motivation qui décrit votre projet d’étude/de formation continue (max 2 pages)
- Pour les bourses d’étude : Diplôme de Licence (critère de sélection : 14/20 ou plus haut dans toutes les années de la Licence) ; si vous êtes déjà en Master, il faut envoyer aussi votre relevé de cotes de la première année de Master avec un pourcentage de 14/20 ou plus haut.
- Pour les bourses de formation continue : Diplôme de Licence ; Master ou doctorat (critère de sélection : 14/20 ou plus haut dans toutes les années d’études).
- Preuve d’immatriculation (obligatoire pour les candidats à la bourse d’études ; le cas échéant, une attestation écrite et estampillée de votre université indiquant que vous y êtes régulièrement inscrit avec une copie de votre carte d’étudiant en cours de validité.
- Certificat médical d'une formation médicale reconnue
- 2 lettres de recommandations (professeur, employeur)
Comment faut-il rendre le dossier de candidature ?
Le Bureau vous prie de nous rendre votre dossier uniquement par e-mail. Nous ne considérons plus les dossiers par boîte postale. Rendez-nous votre dossier électronique dans un seul fichier en format pdf qui n'excède pas 5 MB. Nous ne considérons pas plusieurs e-mails avec plusieurs attachements. Les dossiers qui ne remplissent pas ces conditions ne seront pas considérés. Vous devez assembler toutes vos pièces dans un seul fichier pdf, en le nommant « dossier_NOM Prénom ». Dans le sujet de votre e-mail, mettez « Dossier : NOM Prénom – bourses d’étude // ou formation continue ».
