Details

It is now 6 weeks since the Corona crisis started to hit all countries in Europe.

Each country has reacted differently with restricting measures on social, economic and public life to fight the pandemic. Among the Northern countries there was also no joint political decision made on how to impose the measures. Today Denmark, Norway and to some extent Finland start to reopen public life, which has never been shut down by Swedish authorities.

Since we reached this line of reopening we want to ask young representatives from political parties within these four countries, what are the main political challenges now after our life has changed so tremendously during the last weeks?

What does the crisis mean for Europe after closing borders between neighbors? What does this and the national approach of dealing the crisis mean for European solidarity?

Welcome to the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Nordic Countries Project's Webinar and discussion about the Corona crisis and what challenges it will have for European cooperation in the future.

We invite you to listen and be part of the debate.
