This conference aims to address the case of Palestine and international law to develop a better understanding of the legal policy led in the Occupied Territory. Presentations will assess the place and role played by international law, the evolutions desired as well as the methods by which these evolutions might come true in order to provide guidance for the process of Palestinian state building.
