Recent developments were presented and discussed. Amonth the major breakthroughs of the past quarter are the Capacity-building activities that have been conducted. Specific trainings on Tribal Governance & Justice Systems, Free and Prior Informed Consent were given and Para-legal & Advocacy Campaign Management training were conducted.

One of the major developments at National level is the new leadership of the NCIP with the new Chair woman Atty Leonor Quintayo (from NCIP XI) and the new NCIP Commissioner Era Espana, who was also present in the meeting on 14 November 2013.

The meeting was also used to exchange on new findings and to update each other on what we know now that we did not know last year.
