This session is part of the democracy and human rights cluster of the Adenauer Young Leaders Program. It intends to integrate a human rights-based approach to governance and leadership in discussing responses to dilemmas and issues relating to human rights and democracy. Atty. Francis Tom Temprosa, Director of Human Rights Education and Promotion Office of the Commission on Human Rights, will deliver the lecture and exercises.
