This was organized by the Philippine Center for Islam and Democracy (PCID) and CHR, supported by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS).

The program began with Welcome Remarks from the President of PCID, Ms. Amina Rasul-Bernardo, followed by messages from Mr. Benedikt Seemann, Resident Representative of KAS and Ms. Tatine Faylona, National KaSaMa Coordinator. This was then followed by a Keynote Speech from Hon. Loretta Ann Rosales, Chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights, along with an Open Forum.

The event was capped off by a Book Launch of "The Aleemat Module: Human Rights-Based Approach to Community Empowerment," through a turnover of copies to the CHR Regional Field Operations and PCID.
