Why and How the Government Spends Our Money

The session will tackle issues and trends surrounding contemporary public administration. It will examine specifically the public fiscal administration in the Philippines, looking to why and how the government spends public money. 

Professor Herisadel Flores of the National College of Public Administration, University of the Philippines Diliman, will deliver the lecture. This event is part of the second module of the Adenauer Young Leaders Program.
