DELACSE Bangsamoro Study Program

The programme took place in Brussels and Berlin from 13th - 20th of October 2019. The delegation was comprised of representatives from the regional government of Bangsamoro as well as civil society actors.

The Study Program aimed to provide firsthand knowledge on the Belgian and German federal system and the interactions of national and regional legislators and the civil society. It touched upon core topics such as the importance of political parties, the participation of civil society organizations, government transitioning, and the interaction and political dynamics between elected and civil society groups.
