Die Civic Educations Teachers’ Association (CETA) ist die erste NGO, die von Staatsbürgerkundelehrern gegründet wurde. CETA hat die Intention Staatsbürgerkundelehrer zusammenzubringen und ihnen eine Plattform zu bieten, um Potentiale zu entwickeln im Bezug auf die nationale Entwicklung und die Fachkenntnisse der Lehrer und um wissenschaftliche Bücher, Journale und Fachartikel im, Bereich Staatsbürgerkunde zu veröffentlichen. Das vorliegende sechse Journal widmet sich insbesondere den bevorstehenden Wahlen und dem „Zanzibar Revolution Day“.
