The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung supported the publication of Volume II "Guide to the Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court 1992–2024", prepared by the Constitutional Court in cooperation with the OSCE Presence in Albania.
The publication summarises the standards and positions that have been held in the Court's case-law since 1992, in particular on the principles of law, the separation of powers and substantive constitutional rights. It follows and supplements the first guideline, which focused on the individual constitutional complaint.
Together, the two volumes of the guide aim to expand public access to constitutional justice and strengthen the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms. They also serve judicial staff and professionals to improve research and analytical capacities.
