Outreach civic education in the practice of the Democracy Bus and the Dorfliebe Tour

Outreach civic education starts where people live and spend their everyday lives. The Demokratiegestalter-Tour and Dorfliebe create accessible spaces for dialogue in which citizens can openly articulate their concerns and feel that they are taken seriously. The report shows how personal encounters build trust and encourage people’s willingness to engage in conversation.

Our election analysis provides explanations for the results and examines voter migration and the key determining factors. Based on election day polls and surveys conducted in the run-up to the election, we explain the significance of assessments of leading politicians, party competencies and political issues for the election results.

„Welche Rolle kann Künstliche Intelligenz bei der Modernisierung von Demokratie, Staat und Verwaltung spielen?“ – diese Frage stand im Mittelpunkt der Debatte am 29. Januar im Innovationspark Künstliche Intelligenz (IPAI) in Heilbronn. Nach der Eröffnung durch den Schatzmeister der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Dr. Christoph Brand und einem Grußwort von Moritz Gräter, CEO des IPAI, diskutierten auf einem Panel unter anderem Manuel Hagel MdL, Fraktions- und Landesvorsitzender der CDU Baden-Württemberg, und der Fellow 2025 der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Christoph M. Schmidt, Präsident des RWI – Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung in Essen.
