OBJECTIVES
- To enhance young ustadz/ustadzah’s understanding of peaceful values in Islam and the dangers of extremist ideologies that pose a threat.
- To increase young ustadz/ustadzah’s understanding and knowledge of extremist narratives and their counter-narratives.
- To develop young ustadz/ustadzah’s ability and skills in formulating and disseminating counter-extremist narratives through sermons, religious lectures, and classroom teaching.
- To build networks and collaboration among Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) to play an active role in preventing extremism.
