Details
The Women Parliamentarians Capacity Strengthening Program 2024–2029 is an initiative by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) and B_Trust to enhance the capacity, confidence, and leadership of women in politics. The program aims to equip women parliamentarians with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively perform their legislative, budgeting, and oversight functions while promoting more inclusive and gender-responsive public policies. The program begins with a needs assessment survey, followed by training sessions for women parliamentarians at the provincial and district/city levels in East Java.
