The workshop is designed to help employees / mentors in companies and school staff to better understand their role in the process and to be effective in teaching practice. The workshop should provide answers to the following questions: „How to help mentors work more effectively with students and optimize knowledge transfer opportunities? How to ensure that mentors take the opportunity to build new relationships, but also to review their achievements and leadership skills?“ KARIJEROlink is a program that connects the world of work and education and takes young people on weekly internships in various companies and institutions.
