Recognizing and Facing Emerging hybrid and Cyber Challenges

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung organized in cooperation with the Hybrid Warfare Research Institute from March 15th to16th, 2019 in Zagreb a security conference on the hybrid security challenges and risks. Numerous Croatian politicians, NATO experts and security experts from various universities from South East Europe debated among each other the current and future forms of hybrid security challenges in Europe, such as terrorism, cybersecurity, maritime safety, environmental safety, CBRN and ensuring critical infrastructure.
