From June 13th to 15th, 2025, the seventh module of the 4th generation of the Political Academy PLUS took place in Bol. During this three-day seminar, the participants engaged intensively with the current challenges of international politics and security. The focus was on topics such as international relations, different conflict models, issues of defense policy, as well as the role of media and terrorism in the political context. Special attention was given to the strategic realignment of Europe in a changing global environment. The program was complemented by a practical segment, in which participants underwent targeted media training, practicing convincing presentation techniques and professional appearances on radio and television. The seminar featured speakers including Prof. Gordan Akrap PhD., Vice-Rector of the University of Defense and Security "Dr. Franjo Tuđman" and Chairman of the Hybrid Warfare Research Institute, as well as Karlo Ressler, Member of the European Parliament (HDZ/EPP). The Political Akademy PLUS is a three-year advanced training program by the Croatian Statehood Foundation (ZHDZ) aimed at graduates of the Political Academy as well as active political actors. With a total of twelve multi-day modules, the program offers a thorough and practice-oriented deepening in seven key areas of political education—from international relations and security to political analysis and protocol—and has established itself as a regional center of excellence for political training.
