The free once-a-month annual leadership school will be having 50 successful graduates from the school and new students for the 2022/2023 academic year taking part in this annual leadership lecture, which also serves as matriculation for the new students.

The theme for this year’s lecture - “Leadership, Elections and National Development” is of critical importance as the 2023 general elections are approaching .

Dr. Chukwuemeka Uwanaka, Dean of Academics, Global Distance Learning Institute, Abuja, will be delivering the keynote paper, while Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu, Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), will be chairing the event.

The workshop is part of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung’s support towards sustaining democracy, governance and security sector reform in Nigeria.
