After parliaments of Cross River and Plateau State completed first trainings with subject "Budgeting I - The role of parliaments" in October last year, and this year in May got the possibility to enlarge and deepen this knowledge in a common conference, it is now the turn of the parliament of Kano to simulate their colleagues from the other states - particularly because Kano is one of the main stresses of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation.

The concept is identical to this of the last events: Representatives of the north of the country get an introduction to the issue Budgeting, and additionally an explaining presentation with regard to their own responsibility and their role in this process. Furthermore, corruption and sustainable development will be discussed in this context by the lecturers, who are amongst other things representatives of the anti-corruption agency IPCD, and the participants.
