This training event will gather journalists that inform about topics related to judiciary, lawyers and representatives from the judiciary with particular focus of public prosecutors. The training topics will be related to verbal delicts such as hate speech, calls for violence, public threats to journalists and citizens but also defamation and libel in online and in traditional media with a special focus on the new case law practice of ECHR in Strasbourg. For the purpose of conducting this training an expert in judiciary and freedom of expression together with a practitioner from the Public Prosecutors Office in Macedonia will be engaged.
